(1-1-1) Topsoil, Sand, and Compost Mix. This product is a very fine and silky-like product that is excellent for areas that are in need of more water retention. Sand added to garden mixes increases the retention by acting as a sponge that soaks up the water added to the soil, while the compost mix increases the fertility of the soil and loads the soil with a vast amount of nutrients increasing crop/vegetation health. Please take note that the screened topsoil used in this mix is a 100% natural product meaning it is not a weed-free product.
